HostingDNA will not refund unused or rebilled hosting charges after the 30 days from your initial sign up date.

Accounts cancelled/terminated by HostingDNA for violation of Terms of Use do not qualify for the 30-day money back guarantee. For example, if your account is cancelled due to spamming, you will not be given any refund. Please allow 4-6 weeks for refund of payment.
